We are not liable for the loss of any goods in transportation with third-party services (if buyer has not selected any of the 'tracked' shipping options) on their way to its destination. However, if selected the tracked shipping option we can help trace back the missing parcel and if lost by the third party we will offer a replacement.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or find goods to be faulty, we accept returns or exchanges within 28 days of the date the order was purchased.
Please be aware we do not pay for returns.
Products must be returned in their original condition, and with all tags attached in original boxing.
Please allow 14 days for your returned item to be received by us, processed, and checked. You will receive a confirmation email of your return and will be notified of your refund.
