Salon Update

We will no longer be charging our additional £3 or £5 COVID surcharge. However, our prices have increased slightly due to the annual price increase that occurs each year. To find out more about our prices Click here.

As part of our new booking procedure, we are taking 50% deposits on all bookings made. We have the right to keep the deposit as a loss of earnings to the salon. However, in some circumstances, we may offer a refund of the deposit if the client has a valid reason for a refund or if we're able to fill the appointment gap given enough notice by the previous client cancelling their appointment. We will add your deposit in credit on your salon account which will be able to be redeemed on your next appointment.

There will be a sign on the salon window where you will be able to wait until the stylist is ready for you. We will be providing hand sanitiser to all clients upon arrival and taking temperature checks before entering the salon to help keep everyone safe. We will ask a couple of questions upon arrival about if you have had any symptoms or been in contact with anyone with symptoms and if your personal details have changed at all over lockdown. We are conducting skin tests to everyone who are having root colours and toners (new & existing clients) due to NHBF (National Health and Beauty Federation)regulations and new insurance policies to keep our clients safe.
